At Newsome, we know that successful projects are about much more than equipment. They are about people, problem solving and a willingness to go the extra mile.

We recently received some fantastic feedback from a valued customer regarding one of our engineers, Seamus Lundy, following an air conditioning project at a health and fitness facility in Nottingham.

The project presented several unexpected challenges, including access difficulties and additional electrical works. Despite the inevitable curve balls, Seamus worked closely with the site team, remained flexible throughout and maintained a professional approach to ensure the project progressed successfully.

As our customer commented:

“The AC project at the Nottingham Club has throwed curve ball after curve ball (access, electrical power for board et.) and I just want to sing Seamus’ praises for being professional in dealing with these issues but also working with the Site to be flexible in completing works. I know it doesn’t mean much but just want to give him a shout out – particularly with the additional electrical works…”
