Maintenance is a preventative solution, and as such carrying out regular maintenance on your chiller equipment will  ensure your plant and processes remain operational and protected against the majority of equipment failure that could put a sudden halt to your processing or manufacturing operations . The more often the chiller equipment is checked and serviced  the better, whether by us here at Newsome  or by a site-based team. Identifying a potential maintenance issue early is far preferable than the consequential loss of extended  downtime. Our PPM programs not only give you peace of mind and helps you to safeguard against downtime, but they also form part of your Business Continuity Plans helping you to keep your process operational and complaint with any possible insurance policies covering equipment failure.

Our chiller maintenance packages are delivered by experienced engineers who aim to offer a first-time fix thanks to our extensive range of spare parts that are stocked by the maintenance team. We provide an adaptable team who can work with you across all types of systems and will provide breakdown cover for Newsome’s products and including those from other manufacturers. We offer an emergency call-out service, fully manned by our own employees, supported by courtesy rentals as a contingency with regulatory F-Gas checks, water treatment, oil analysis and refrigerant circuit maintenance.

Here at Newsome, we offer a comprehensive range of chiller maintenance services, including:

Courtesy Chiller Rental as part of your chiller maintenance agreement

For that extra level of support, we can provide a courtesy chiller rental package as part of your chiller maintenance agreement . This will enable us to get you up and running sooner with a chiller rental solutions while your existing chiller system is either repaired or replaced.

The value and duration of this service will be agreed at the outset but as a general rule Newsome will include a 4-week courtesy chiller hire option should a planned maintenance visit or emergency breakdown indicate that your chiller equipment will be out of action for a while as it is repaired .
