An existing, inefficient cooling system with high running costs, provided a poor experience for those visiting a leisure facility, had led to a drop in footfall. Newsome working in partnership with a globally renowned Facilities & Projects Company, delivered an energy efficient cooling system operating on a sustainable refrigerant with a low GWP (Global Warming Potential) of less than one & provided considerable energy savings of 25% versus the incumbent equipment.
Newsome also continue to support the plant following installation with a site specific planned preventative maintenance regime.
