Newsome Ltd, based in Elland, West Yorkshire, is seeking to recruit a HR Specialist – this role is site based at our Elland head office.

We are now looking for a HR Specialist in a stand-alone HR role which encompasses the main HR responsibilities in ensuring that employment Policy and Practice is compliant and fit for purpose.

The role supports the business obligations, goals and objectives and will advise on and administer people-related processes of the employment lifecycle in order to support consistent, fair and appropriate application. Being the business conscience, you will establish and maintain respect as an exemplar of the Newsome behaviours, values and professional standards
